What to Expect

Your guided tour starts in the historic downtown high street of Picton, which is the largest town in Prince Edward County (PEC).  You will sample several of our chefs’ favourite foods as well as some interesting drinks (alcohol and/or non-alcohol). Each tour is a little different based on the availability of our chefs.

We will wander for two to three hours (depending on day / time booked) over a two to three-kilometre path.  Many chefs or proprietors from each location may be present during the Wander.  Some locations are opening especially for our visit.

Epicurious boxes are not included in the Wander but can be purchased at the time of booking to be made available at the end of your tour.

FARMERS MARKET CHEFS TABLE BRUNCH - 8.PNG

Join us for a curated tour of one of the oldest farmer's markets in Ontario, which was revived in 2020 and now has more than 45 vendors where you will taste some of the best The County has to offer.

From there we will take a mini wander down Main Street, where we learn the history of Picton and meet some local purveyors of fine good until we ultimately land at our brunch destination. This hidden gem is where a treasured local chef awaits to create a brunch experience like no other. Indulge in a mouthwatering meal prepared with local ingredients and savor the farm-to-table (or dare we say ‘Farmers Market to Chef's Table’) flavours that truly embody the essence of Prince Edward County.

Let's do Brunch!

The Food & Drink

Allergies / Intolerances

The chefs, bartenders, baristas and other purveyors of fine goods are creating unique dishes and beverages for our Wanderers. We acknowledge that on every culinary adventure, not every food and drink item will align with our Wanderers’ potential dietary dislikes or restrictions. We have made a point to select establishments that will serve a wide variety of food and drink items, however, there will not be individualized samples adhering to these restrictions at each establishment.
